Microsoft OneNote is a powerful tool that we will often use to present lessons and work
problems together on.  The students can see the problems, and also see and hear the
teacher speak as the problem is being explained.  Students can also write on the onenote
through the teachers computer if given permission.
Students that are turning in homework for grades are strongly encouraged to use OneNote
to do so.  One
Note comes as a part of the student/home edition of Microsoft Office 2007,
or can be purchased as a single program.  It is also avai
lable in a free 60 day trial version
download from Microsoft.  The student version is the least expensive to buy, and we
recommend a digital pen to use for writing in the notebook.  In the image above a digital pen
was used to do the writing.  Its not as easy as writing on a piece of paper but the students
will catch on quickly.

The writing seen in these screen shots appears a little grainy
due to capture resolution.  In the live room it is crystal clear.
